Feed Returns
Topline Feed and Farm Supply Inc. maintains a return policy of not accepting returns on feed due to biosecurity and feed safety reasons. Feed is subject to strict government regulations.
If there is a quality concern with a feed product, Topline will assess the concern and may issue a refund or replacement product.
Please note; that an original receipt is required and the review process may take 1-2 business days. Please provide the lot code on the bag wherever possible.
General Returns
Topline accepts returns on non-feed items within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in unused condition and in original packaging, and a copy of the invoice is required to show proof of purchase.
Special Order/Final Sale Returns
Special order items are products that are not regularly stocked and are ordered specifically at a customer’s request. All special orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed, and the order will not be submitted to the supplier until payment has been received.
Customers may cancel a special order within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned, as the product has been ordered specifically for that customer.
By placing a special order, the customer agrees to these terms.
