Feed Returns

Topline Feed and Farm Supply maintains a return policy of not accepting returns on feed due to biosecurity and feed safety reasons.  Feed is subject to strict government regulations. 

If there is a quality concern with a feed product, Topline will assess the concern and may issue a refund or replacement product. 

Please note; that an original receipt is required and the review process may take 1-2 business days. Please provide the lot code on the bag wherever possible.


General Returns

Topline accepts returns on non-feed items within 30 days of purchase.  Item(s) must be in unused condition and in original packaging, and a copy of the invoice is required to show proof of purchase. 

 

Special Order/Final Sale Returns

Cannot be returned.
